TEAM SKIP Approved Trainers

I have hand-picked and carefully chosen trainers that I have mentored for at least 2 years.  Each trainer listed below understands my training, nutritional and supplementation philosophies, and they have demonstrated their efficacy as a trainer/prep guy with numerous clients.  Even while working with clients, the TEAM SKIP Approved Trainers will still consult with me as to decisions that are made with their clients.  I am 100% confident in the abilities of these trainers or I would not put my name on them.

Nicholas Williams

 

Nick resides in west Tennessee with his wife and young children.

He is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with 7 years of experience specializing in injury rehabilitation.

Nick is also an NPC Men’s Physique Competitor as well as a full-time father, husband, and PTA.  He understands that having balance in life includes time for family and hobbies (he is a bass fishing addict).  Nick has a strong desire to show those who wish to reach their goals that it’s possible to do so – have a family, a job, and maybe even a few burgers and beers – on their journey.

Ian Cornell

 

Ian has been involved in the South Africa fitness and health industry since 2006.  From being diagnosed clinically as morbidly obese in 2005, he decided to develop a better understanding of nutrition and weight training.  Going from being morbidly obese to being a competitor in South Africa bodybuilding federations, Ian has seen the need for goal setting to achieve physique goals.  During this period, Ian had experience with nearly every nutritional method available.

Ian has been leading athletes in South Africa to numerous National Titles as well as 2 Junior International Titles in bodybuilding, along with transforming many people from sedentary to healthy lifestyles, changing their lives and health for the better.

Petros Fragiskakis

 

Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, Petros has been weight training for 7 years.

He is currently in his second year of Physical Therapy School.  After graduation, he plans to incorporate the knowledge from his Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree to continue to work with people in the areas of nutrition, weight training and injury prevention.  In the meantime, Petros’ focus is to help people achieve their health and fitness goals.  His knowledge of supplementation, weight-training methodology and nutrition, are far beyond his years.

Sean Tan

 

Sean has been involved in the health and fitness industry for almost 15 years.  Growing up a fat kid, Sean eventually managed to lose over half of his weight, but not before realizing that his approach was not healthy.

After beginning to weight train, he decided to learn more about nutrition and supplementation with the aim of competing in a bodybuilding show.  In 2016, he won his 6th bodybuilding show.

Sean possesses degrees in Accounting and Financial Planning, and he is also a certified Exercise Nutritionist as well as a Personal Trainer in Perth, Western Australia.  His primary focus is nutrition and supplementation as it relates to bodybuilding and physique competitions, but he also works with people who just want to be in incredible condition.

Antonio Marin-Vargas

 

Antonio has been involved in the fitness industry for more than 15 years and competed as a bodybuilder for over 10 years. Born and raised in Córdoba, Spain, he has spent the last 15 years in the United States where he currently resides in Richmond, VA, with his wife and 4-year-old daughter.

He has helped thousands of people in the USA and overseas attain their fitness goals – whether weight loss, muscle gain, or to stay healthy and in great shape. Antonio is very passionate about the fitness industry and is committed to improving the physical health and well-being of each one of his clients.  His approach involves a high level of initiative, reliability, empathy and determination. He creates programs that deliver the type of individualized attention people need to adopt long-term, healthy behaviors. He not only has a nutrition certification, but also possesses several training certifications including the American Council on Exercise (ACE), a nationally recognized accreditation. In addition to working as a training specialist, he also serves as a health coach in a Richmond-based wellness company. Antonio’s extensive knowledge and passion for health and fitness is what helps his clients transform their physiques.

Phil Agostino

 

Phil Agostino is a UK based trainer who has been working in the fitness industry for over a decade and has been bodybuilding since the age of 15. After studying sports science at university, he began training people one-on-one while also teaching Pilates and qualifying as a therapist in Active Release Techniques.

 

Phil’s passion for nutrition has led him to focus more on those wishing to lose weight and get into the best shape of their lives, or even compete in bodybuilding no matter their age. In addition to his knowledge, he has plenty of experience having qualified for British finals in both the sport of powerlifting and bodybuilding.
